Marsh Canada Goose

This oil painting is one of the first painting I did way back in 1991.And it is still one of my favs.It depicts a lone canada goose in the marsh in Ojibway park.

Winter Whitetail

Is'nt this whitetail beautiful!I took these shots last winter in Ojibway Park.My sidekick Patches, my black lab, and I were walking down the trail on a crisp December morning.Patches was so engrossed in all the varieties of scents she was smelling she walked right past this whitetail.When I came along the whitetail and I startled each other.Being down wind from her she could see me but could not smell me which gave me time to get off about 10 shots.She and I were about 15 ft apart it was amazing.

City crow over casino windsor

Hello everyone this is my first post on my blog.I chose this drawing because it is one of my most recent.This is a drawing I did for a magazine called the city crow.Of course I have'nt submitted it yet kind of got cold feet lol.I drew the crow as if it were flying over the casino wanting it to have a large presence as compared to the casino.This drawing is very detailed and took quit some time.It is 8in-10in pen and ink on strathmore bristol.
